Executive MBA Ranking 2013 - The Economist

The Economist has just published its first ranking of Executive MBA. Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business took the first place in the ranking. IE Business School got the second, and UCLA Anderson School of Management the third place.

Program evaluation is based on two main categories: personal development / experience in the field of education (50%) and career development (50%). Within these categories, such 27 criteria was tested as the quality and diversity of participants, the quality of teaching staff, the quality of the program, the percentage of students who have received a promotion after completing the program, and the average increase in wages, the graduate can expect, the performance of the alumni association and networking. The data was collected through two online surveys conducted within the students and the universities. Over 8,400 questionnaires were completed. Ranking was conducted among universities participating in the full edition of The Economist MBA ranking.

62 programs were classified in the ranking. More than half of them are carried out in whole or in part in the United States. A large percentage of combined programs are led by renowned faculty from the U.S. and other foreign universities. An example of such an American university can be Kellogg School of Business. Its four programs were in the top ten in the ranking. These programs enjoy a special popularity among students. Unfortunately, there is no Polish program classified in the ranking.
