The Terms and conditions may be modified at any time.

2. Definitions

 "Website" - the website www.mbapoland.com, and all functions and tools available through this Website.

"User" - any person who in any way uses the resources of the Website.

“Owner” - Leman Digital - the owner of the Website.

“Services” - services provided electronically through the Website to Users, on the basis of this document.

“Content” - text, images, links (lines) or any other information located on the Website.

"Newsletter" - information in the form of an electronic letter (e-mail) sent by the Owner in a cyclical and unlimited manner via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User. The newsletter contains, among others, information about new products on the Website and marketing campaigns, events, meetings, etc.

“Editor“ - editor of the site.

“Terms and Conditions“ - the following terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Website.

“Cookies“ - cookies are files sent by web servers to web browsers, and stored by the web browsers. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables a web server to identify and track web browsers.

3. Acceptable use

The User must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity according to Swiss law and to the User’s National law.

The Owner is not responsible for the content and message of advertisements that are published on the Website. The Owner informs that it pays great attention to the fact that advertisers who publish advertisements on the Website are credible but cannot be responsible for their actions.

All information posted on the Website is for information and advertising purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell any products within the meaning of art. 1 al. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations of 30 March 1911.

The designation of mbapoland.com, the Website and the designation of the Owner’s company used on the Website are protected trademarks.

The Site and the Owner can in no case be held responsible for the content of these third-party sites, in the event that a User would suffer any damage as a result thereof.

9. Data Protection

The Owner will exclusively collect the User’s first name, last name, and e-mail address.

The Owner will not transmit or give the User’s personal information to third parties unless ordered to do so to comply with the applicable law.

The Owner will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy.

The Owner will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

However, we depend on the Users to update their personal information when necessary.

The Owner restricts access to personal information to employees who need to know that information in order to perform their jobs.

Any correspondence sent to the the Owner is sent as unsolicited correspondence, the Owner is not obliged to respond to it.

10. Newsletter

By entering the e-mail address into the appropriate form on the Website, the User accepts to receive a Newsletter - MBAtrendy International.

Further, filling out the appropriate form is tantamount to agreeing to receive commercial information from the Owner.

The User confirms his/her e-mail address by clicking on the link provided automatically upon filling out the appropriate form.

In case of non-confirmation of the User’s e-mail address, the data entered into the form will be removed from the Owner’s database within 30 days.

The User may at any time opt out of receiving the Newsletter by clicking the deactivating link present in the footer of each message.

11. Responsibility

The use of the Site is under the sole and entire responsibility of the User.

Consequently, the Site or the Owner can under no circumstances be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, of any nature whatsoever, including loss of profit, loss of earnings, loss of customers, data, tangible or intangible property that may result from the use or inability to use the Site.

More particularly, the Site and the Owner decline any responsibility concerning the operation of software or the transmission of any data or information on the Internet, nor in the event of a computer attack that would cause damage to a User or a third party.

The Site is in principle accessible at any time. However, the Site and the Owner decline any responsibility in case of technical impossibility of connection, whether due to a case of force majeure, a maintenance operation, an editorial update, interruption or network failure, power failure, failure, misconfiguration or misuse of the User's computer, or any other cause dependent or not on the Site's will.

Any material downloaded by a User in connection with the use of the Services is downloaded at the User's risk, the Site and the Owner decline any liability for any damage or loss of data suffered by the User as a result.

The Site and the Owner take all measures to prevent malicious programs or viruses from being on its Site. However, neither the Site nor the Owner can guarantee that it is free of malicious programs or viruses. Neither the Site nor the Owner can be held responsible in the event of contamination by a virus of the User's computer equipment, which is responsible for taking all necessary preventive measures.

The Site and the Owner reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to interrupt temporarily or permanently all or part of the Site, without such interruption giving rise to any compensation or recourse on the part of a User or a third party.

Neither the Site nor the Owner represent any business school or any school, despite the fact that they publish some Content related thereto.

12.Complaints

Any complaints regarding the functioning of the Website can be reported to the following e-mail address: [email protected] with mention of the designation of the entity submitting the complaint (name, surname or name) and subject of the complaint.

Complaints will be handled by the Owner within 14 business days.

13. Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with Website Content including forms and documents, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Owner in relation to the User’s use of this Website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

14. Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

15. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne in Switzerland.

16. DSA Compliance

The Administrator has designated an electronic point of contact related to the Site for direct communication with the authorities of the UE Member States, the UE Commission, the UE Digital Services Board: [email protected]. The same contact point can be used by the User to communicate directly and quickly with the Administrator. Communication may be conducted in English.
