The Top MBA European Ranking 2013 is a global survey conducted on a sample of 25,000 firms, 3,300 of which are actively recruiting workers among MBA graduates. The study is based on an analysis of trends in recruitment and recognition of the MBA program on international markets. The ranking takes into account only those MBA programs whose graduates are employed on international markets. In addition, to be included in the ranking, the MBA program should have also votes from the previous edition. Furthermore, the ranking considers a number of votes cast by employers for the program.

The ranking‘s results confirm that the European business schools are still acknowledged as most innovative institutions in business education. Their potential attracts the best global talents, which in turn encourage global employers looking for talented MBA graduates to cooperate with these schools. Despite the economic turndown in the region in recent years, European business schools have record-breaking statistics of employment of their graduates. That proves that they are appreciated not only by local employers, but also by employers from Asia, Americas and the Middle East.
